George Peter Barbari is an Argentinian-Lebanese filmmaker, born in Orange County, California and grew up in Batroun, Lebanon. Based on his childhood, Barbari’s debut film Death of a Virgin, and The Sin of Not Living stems from his intense urge to encapsulate his own past with the devout belief that so many others go through what he went through – of having to deal with life and not knowing how to.
